At Dear Me, With Grace, we hope you love every item you receive. If there's ever an issue with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our stationery products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.
To report an issue, please email withgracebylaurie@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
We'll review your request and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged during shipping, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll evaluate the issue and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used stationery products
- Stickers that have been removed from their backing
- Pens, highlighters, markers, or other writing instruments that have been used
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
