Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.

We currently offer:

  • United States: Free shipping on orders $50 USD or more
  • Canada: Free shipping on orders $75 USD or more
  • United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders $75 USD or more

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.


Estimated Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States 3–12 business days
Canada 7–21 business days
United Kingdom 10–30 business days
Australia 10–30 business days
Other International Destinations 10–30 business days


Please note:
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.


International Orders

We currently ship to select international destinations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and are collected by your local customs authority.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Dear Me, With Grace is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at withgracebylaurie@gmail.com. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your tracking shows your package has been delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first.
